Leisurely walks through the narrow, paved alleyways of the old village and the Roman baths, diving in the Ionian Sea, visiting the Sea Museum, scrumptious food at the local tavernas, beers and restless fun at the bars along the beach.

The pebbly beach gathers the preference of most of the resort’s visitors. It is the same beach that caught the fancy of the famous Kaiser, Emperor Wilhelm II. Just before the hamlet, part of the bridge that he built in the early 20th century still survives.

It is a lively beach resort, to the south of Corfu Town, one that still maintains its picturesque qualities despite its impressive tourist development and the marina.
